Frequently asked questions

What exactly does the package cost?

A one-time fee of €150 plus VAT. No monthly follow-up costs, no app subscriptions. The invoice is issued only after successful implementation and testing.

When is the invoice issued?

The invoice is issued after the implementation is completed and successfully tested — so only once everything is working.

What do I need to get started?

Enter your shop URL, sender email for withdrawal confirmations, contact email, and billing address in the order form. I'll ask you by email for the four-digit collaborator request code from Shopify Admin (Settings → Users and Permissions → Collaborator requests) after your inquiry.

How does the shop access work?

Via the Shopify Collaborator access — Shopify's official partner access method. You don't share your admin login; instead you grant a targeted, time-limited access that can be revoked at any time.

Which stores is this suitable for?

The package is suitable for all Shopify stores selling B2C within the EU. Requirements: a current Shopify theme (Online Store 2.0 recommended) and an active Shopify plan.

Is there more information about the technical setup?

Yes. Our step-by-step guide covers the complete technical implementation — for those who want to do it themselves.
