1. Data Protection at a Glance

General Information

The following information provides an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is all data that can be used to personally identify you. For detailed information on data protection, please refer to our privacy policy listed below this text.

2. Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the "Legal Notice" section of this website.

How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected in various ways. On the one hand, this is data that you provide to us yourself. This could be, for example, data that you enter in a contact form.

Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website through our IT systems. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page access). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

3. Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was requested.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - especially retention periods - remain unaffected.

Service and package inquiries

Via separate forms (e.g. for the withdrawal button service), you can send us non-binding inquiries about clearly described services. We process the data you provide (typically shop URL, email address, name or company name, billing address, and the sender email for withdrawal confirmations) to handle your inquiry, initiate a contract if applicable, and follow up by email. If we follow up by email, you may also provide the four-digit Shopify collaborator request code. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) and/or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing business inquiries).

4. Formspree Integration

This website uses Formspree for the technical processing and forwarding of form submissions (contact form and service/package inquiries). The provider is Formspree Inc., 1942 Broadway, Suite 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, USA. Data may be transferred to the USA. For details on purpose, retention, and any safeguards for international transfers, please refer to Formspree's privacy policy: https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/

When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Formspree for forwarding to us. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable form delivery) and/or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation), where your inquiry relates to preparing a contract.

5. Shopify Access and Processing in Your Store

If you grant us access to your Shopify store in connection with a commissioned service (e.g. via collaborator access), we process data that becomes visible only to perform the agreed service. You generally remain the controller under the GDPR for personal data processed in your store (e.g. customer data); in that respect we act as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR once an appropriate agreement is or has been concluded. The Shopify group (e.g. Shopify International Ltd.) may act as another service provider on behalf of the store operator; see Shopify's privacy policy for details.
